Marble World Desktop is a very simple game in which you control a marble ball. The objective of every level is to collect as many gems as possible and reach the finish line. If the ball falls out of the platform, you will need to start that level from scratch. The levels can be re-played as many times as you want, to score more points and they are unlocked while you advance. As you progress, the platforms will be more and more intricate, with much more obstacles and gems to collect.
All the levels include gems of different colors. Some gems will give you more points than others. For instance, those that are placed on the edges of the platforms will give you more points. You can play the game using the arrow keys or using a joystick, and you can customize controls. Sadly, the game offers only one mode and one difficulty level, its graphics are also very simple and rather poor, the sounds are simple as well, and the music is suitable, but a bit repetitive.
To conclude, Marble World Desktop is just a simple and challenging game to pass the time if you are bored, but don't expect too much from it.
