MacUncle Office 365 backup tool is a program for converting email files from Microsoft 365 to other formats such as PST, EML, MSG, CSV, MBOX, HTML, MHT, Thunderbird, PDF, etc. Download the data locally or to another email client just with the toolkit.
All files as well as folders will get scanned and loaded to the software interface within a few minutes after adding the account. With the assistance of the check box select the required files to extract from the MS office account. Any number of files can be exported to a desired file format ranging from email file formats to document formats.
The application creates backup data with complete accuracy without altering any data information. It maintains the folder hierarchy and the email structure intact even after exporting batches of data at once.
The file naming pattern available are Subject + Date (dd-mm-yyyy), From + Subject + Date (dd-mm-yyyy), Date (yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss) + From + Subject, From + Subject + Date(yyyy-mm-dd),Date (dd-mm-yyyy) + From +Subject, Date (yyyy-mm-dd-hhmm),From + Date (yyyy-mm-dd-hhmm), Auto Increment, etc. The file naming patterns are available for individual files such as Doc, EML, MSG, etc.
Filter emails and then back up using the advanced filter option. The filter setting has options such as Date filter, Sender or Receiver Email ID, Subject, etc. Use the option to export only the Send folder using the selective export option.
