MacQuisition Boot CD is a forensic acquisition tool designed to help users safely and easily image Mac source drives. It provides an intuitive user interface for both novice and experienced forensic examiners, allowing them to identify source devices, configure destination locations, image over networks, and use the command line. Logging case, exhibit, and evidence tracking numbers and notes is also available, as well as generating MD5, SHA1, and SHA 256 hashes. Its advanced features include automation, backup and restore, battery utilities, benchmark, calculators, CD and DVD software, clipboard tools, dashboard widgets, device assistants, file compression, file managers, fonts, network, plugins and addons, remote computing, system optimization, virtualization, and system utilities.
