Karabiner-DriverKit-VirtualHIDDevice is a virtual device implementation for macOS using DriverKit. Once the app is installed, you can go to System Preferences and select the virtual HID keyboard. The tool also provides you with an extension manager, a virtual HID pointing, and a virtual HID device client.
