LocationChanger is designed to automatically reconfigure many programs and resources according to IP address, wireless network ID, or gateway MAC address. With LocationChanger, every time you wake up your computer, start a VPN (PPTP) session, or connect over a modem, your Mac will automatically reconfigure itself!
LocationChanger does geolocation using IP and WiFi networks to determine your
physical location, and can launch a Google Maps map according to this determination.
LocationChanger also includes security features, so that your notebook can e-mail you location information
(and even a picture) when it wakes up in a "strange" place.
