When you start iWiki a SystemStatusBar menu appears (in the upper-right corner, near the clock).
By pressing Command-Option-A, a Search window appears: type a text and press enter to open the corresponding Wikipedia page.
By pressing Command-Option-B, you can use iWiki with services: in applications that supports services, select a text and press Command-Option-B to open the corresponding Wikipedia page. Requirements
