If Image Capture App is already installed on my MacBook Pro, where do I find this information on my computer? I tried to download this app to transfer photos from my Android phone to my MacBook Pro, but it says that it is already pre-installed. Can't find it at all.

The Image Capture app should be located in your Application folder. If it's not there, try an extended search using the spotlight feature. If you can't find it at all, you'll need to re-install your OS in order to get it back. If you've deleted it by mistake you should check the Trash and delete/restore the program because as long as the app is still present on your hard drive it will cause the installation to fail.

Yes, you can crop images because this is a feature supported by the application. It comes bundled with the Mac installation.
