Batch Image Resizer is a handy application that allows you to resize multiple photos at once. In addition, the tool lets you rotate and flip images in batches, add customizable borders, and apply picture watermarks.

The program displays all functions on the main window. Therefore, the interface is split into two panels – you will find the editing features on the left-hand side of the window and the list of loaded files on the right-hand side. The utility supports adding files using the drag-and-drop method. However, the classic method of browsing for files and folders from the app is also available. The tool helps you scale your images using different resizing parameters. This way, you can choose fixed width and height values for all imported photos, make the pictures fit to box, resize to the longest image side, or rescale it by a percentage that you define. The resolution also supports adjusting by selecting custom DPI values. Furthermore, the program helps you rotate your pictures to different angles, as well as flip them horizontally or vertically to obtain a mirror effect when comparing the results with the original images. In addition, you can apply borders to your photos, customizable in terms of size and color. What is more, the app has the ability to add image watermarks that will confer a personal touch to your photos.

The program works as an image converter, as it allows you to export the results into popular image formats, such as BMP, JPEG, PNG, PSD, and TIFF. The output files can be saved with the same or different names at a computer location of your choice. Yet, you can choose to overwrite the images if you don't want to keep the originals anymore.

In conclusion, Batch Image Resizer is an image processing tool that works as a picture resizer, rotator, converter, and renamer. The ability to process multiple files at once is the tool's major asset.
