In my opinion, this is the major drawback of this tool. However, if you accept it and pass over it, you will definitely be impressed by the large palette of target profiles identifiable by device names.

Otherwise there is nothing else to reproach them with, esince the software comprises standard media file converting features complemented with basic video editing and downloading functions.
