Trying to save video from ZoomQ2n to desktop on Mac using Handyshare. The "Now Processing" screen is stuck, and I can't get rid of it. I uninstalled Handyshare, but the window is still there. I can't trash it. What do I do?

What you experienced might be caused by a bug within the application and the first thing is to repair it. You can either use the setup package or from the Program and Features in Control panel.
Additionally, access the official website to identify your product and download the latest update for the HandyShare application.
When trying to edit my videos from my Zoom Q3HD on my Mac, the program freezes. I have the current version (4.0.0.4). What could fix this issue? Thank you for your help in advance.

As I can see on the official website, the application is compatible with Mac OS X 10.5 and higher up to 10.9. It should work normally, from this point of view. However, I would like to recommend re-installing the software using the new installation that can be downloaded from the website. It's possible that the videos you're using are not compatible with the HandyShare application even if you use the ones recorded with a compatible camera. Additionally, install the previous version if this is not working right.

Note: You will have to know your product name in order to download it.
