FlexTrans manages locales (.properties. files) and suggests automatic translations using Google language tools. All data is stored in a central XML file which can be edited with FlexTrans. It can contain multiple locales. One of the locales is the master locale and is used as the original text for the Google language tools. Variable names and content are organized in lists. They can be added, edited and deleted. Property files (.property) can be generated and included in both Java and Flex projects. FlexTrans is an AIR application an can thus be run on Windows, Linux and Mac OS x.
