Easy File Organizer certainly has a self-explicable name. This app helps you organize your files in a way that makes more sense. Therefore, it is supposed to increase your productivity if you usually have to deal with lots of files. Since there are some features that you may not see from the start, it is always a good idea to have at least a quick look at the online guide.
The application has a neat and well-designed interface. It has the advantage of showing the composition of the selected folders as pie charts. Besides, you can easily switch the viewing criterion. In this respect, you can group files by size, data, type and names. Luckily, the charts are interactive so you can see the contents of each colored segment by clicking on it.
When the initial exploration of folder contents shows an inconvenient organization, you can have the tool do the organizing job for you. In this respect, there are two main types of organizing: One-click and Custom. The first type works by just pressing a button and letting the app decide.

It is good news that the product is cross-platform. Therefore, you can switch operating systems and it will still look the same. However, for some users, this comes with the inconvenience of the app looking somewhat different from other macOS products as it does not follow Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
All in all, it is great that a product like Easy File Organizer is available to help you clean the mess with your files and folders. Luckily, there is free version; still, it has some limitations as to the total number of items (disks and folders) and subfolder organization.
