Egg-Time Counter is a very simple count-down timer for your desktop. To use this timer you just need to set the time in hours, minutes and seconds, and then press start, and the timer will start counting down. The timer can be paused at any second and it can be moved all across the screen, so you can place it wherever you want. Moreover, from the Preferences menu, you can select the desired font type, and whether you want the letters in bold or italic. You can also select the colors for the background, font, last minute, last ten seconds, and shadow, which can be eliminated if you don't like it.
The timer is pretty big, and sadly, you cannot adjust its size. It also would be great if you could minimize it to the menubar while you are working on something else. Moreover, it doesn't produce any sound when the timer finishes the countdown, so you won't realize this unless you are constantly looking at the counter, which is not very convenient.
To sum up, Egg-Time Counter is just a very simple counter for your desktop which lacks important options, so I really wouldn't recommend it.
