- Added the ability to execute shell commands in any window (not just shell/Worksheet)
- Shell windows now have a Cmd-1...9 key assigned to them
- Non-Worksheet Shell windows now save their path on quit
- Added a menu item to toggle the "Show Line Numbers" setting
- A few other small tweaks, bug fixes and crash fixes
