DiskCatalogMaker is an application that catalogs your discs. It allows you to drag and drop the disk icon onto the catalog window, add a burning disc, use batch scan mode for multiple discs or generate thumbnail images.
The program is provided with a fast search algorithm and gives you the possibility to open multiple catalogs at once, optimize cataloging engine for multi-core/multiprocessor systems, have access to trusted catalog database format and compress catalog data for disk space. In addition, you can catalog a folder on a network volume or share catalog file access via AppleShare file server / AFP.

I have to track the contents of dozens of archive drives and DCM is a godsend.
This is a great old school power user tool in a era that has forgotten all about the poweruser.
