DicomCleaner 10.2

DicomCleaner is an open source tool with a graphical user interface which allows users to import, edit, and save sets of DICOM files. It has features such as blackout burned-in annotations in the pixel data of the cleaned files, exporting the cleaned files to a folder with a DICOMDIR, and sending the cleaned files over the network to a remote DICOM device.
