CopyMastro is an open source copy and backup utility developed by Marco Mastroddi. You don't need to install the application - all you need to do is download the program, unzip it, and start it. The tool supports multi-thread copy, so you can speed up your copies. It comes with handy filters that let you select what you want to copy or skip. You can save a stopped copy task and resume it later.
