What's new

v2.0 [Apr 17, 2014]
- Added [[YYYY]] as a date variable to PDF templates.
- Added a space between the "#" and the document title in the Markdown exporter.
- There was no way to change the article title text color other than CSS if you were displaying it in the main document body (using CSS). Now changing the header text color also changes the article title text color as that setting affects the article title color when being displayed in the header.
- Fixed a slow down in typing that would occur as you added more text to a step instructions.
- Fixed an error that would occur when trying to export to Evernote. It appears that Evernote added some new data when authenticating with a Business account (TTYPE_MAP).
- When capturing an image to the clipboard, the density information was not being stored. This would cause problems when pasting into an app on high resolution monitors.
- Clarify no longer crashes when using dictation on OS X.
- Typing URLs enclosed in " or ' would add a hyperlink. No hyperlink should be added in this case.
- Scrollbars were not being displayed in the PDF template custom CSS field when a template was first loaded.
- Dragging a step with substeps into another step that was contracted could cause rendering issues in the step tree.
- Removed some incorrect meta info from Word templates.

v1.2 [Aug 27, 2012]
- Support for multiple monitors on OS X Mavericks.
- You can format text annotation text using bold, italic, and underline.
- Re-layering annotations would not save the change to the document.
- The document title was not being encoded properly in PDF output.
- Fixed an error that would occur if an invalid PDF template was stored in the user PDF template folder.
- Enter key was not triggering a capture in window capture mode.
- Double-clicking when in area capture mode and no area was highlighted would capture a random screenshot.
- Fixed a crash that could occur when opening a Clarify document on Windows that was created on OS X with iPhone images in portrait orientation.
- PDF font menu on OS X now lists proper font families for use with PDF generator.
- Fixed an issue that could occur when using the arrow keys to select rows.
- Fixed an error that could occcur when mousing over steps while closing a document window.
- "Select All" would not always select all of the content in the field if unicode text was present.

v1.1 [Apr 20, 2012]
Fixes:
• Image capture on Retina displays now works. (Interface does not support Retina yet, however.)
• Fixed a crash that was occurring on some Mountain Lion installs.
• Dragging a step to top of navigator list would generate an error.
• Setting the list style to none using the Format menu would cause an error.
• Dragging a step from one document into an empty document would not work. A document had to have at least one step to accept a drop from another document.
• Quitting Clarify during a screen capture session by means of a keyboard shortcut now works properly.
• Pressing the return key in the spell check suggestion field was not tabbing to the next control.
• When opening a document window an error could occur when positioning and sizing the document window.
• Certain characters were not being escaped in the header and footer strings. This would cause PDF generation to fail.
• Setting the text color for a PDF template would not update the template properly.
• Setting the footer text color for a PDF template would not affect PDF output.
• Fixed some issues with text running into the footer in PDF output.
• PDF footer text hint said to use html formatting when in fact it doesn't accept html formatting.
• Clicking the star icon in the web accounts/PDF template lists was not turning off the default account setting.
