It seems like there might be a synchronization issue between your iPhone and Mac devices. Make sure that you have the latest version of the CapCut app installed on both devices. Additionally, try signing out and back in to your CapCut account on both devices to see if that resolves the problem. If the issue persists, you may need to contact CapCut support for further assistance.
I've been trying to import a mp4 format video to capcut but the app says is not compatible, are there any reasons why this happens?? can you give some ways to resolve this?

There could be a few reasons why your MP4 file is not compatible with CapCut. First, ensure that you have the latest version of CapCut installed. If the issue persists, it could be due to an unsupported codec or specific encoding used in the MP4 file. You can try converting the MP4 file to a different format using a video converter tool, making sure to use a widely supported codec like H.264. Alternatively, you can also try updating your system software or contacting CapCut support for further assistance.
Most editors have this feature. I use it when recording with 2 cameras and the audio with an external field recorder. Usually you select all the tracks, and click on "sync with audio", so you have 2 video tracks and one audio track perfectly synced. Maybe capcut can also do it, i searched but didn’t find it. Luc

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to scroll sideways/horizontally in CapCut without using the bar pointer. There are no keyboard or mouse shortcuts available for this feature.
