Bamboo Dock was designed to supplement your experience with the Bamboo tablet, available from Wacom.
Wacom is one of the leading graphic tablet manufacturers in the world, covering nearly 80 percent of the market in Japan and the United States of America. It is easy to assume that those tablets are primarily used by the graphic designers but that is not entirely true, as the tablets line up also includes products for business and family fun.
These tablets, of course, need powerful software to enable interaction with programs under Windows or Mac OS X operating system. Bamboo Dock is merely a base where programs designed specifically for tablets are housed. The user can install or delete programs, can run a program with one touch of the stylus, and hand-write text in some of the applications.
There are a good number of application available to choose from: from games to hand-writing or hand-drawing tools, like notepad or scrapbook. Each of the application was written with quality and looks amazing. In fact, even if you do not have the tablet, you might want to download the Dock and play with some of the games using your mouse. Of course, the results will be jerky, but it may worth it.
