ApplePi-Baker is a free application for MacOS X only and allows you to prepare an SD-Card for use with Raspberry Pi’s NOOBS.

With this application you can write and IMG file to an SD-Card. Also the app allows you to create a backup of your SD-Card as an IMG files.

Sadly not running on MI Mac Monterey. Throws violation error.

On OS 16.1, it will not open and throws an Access Violation error.

The latest version of applepi baker does not work on my mac giving "not authorised" response before shutting down.

Rod, did you go into Settings\Privacy & Security\Full Disk Access and give ApplePi-Baker the necessary authorization?
