Aki - Mahjong Solitaire is a lovely mahjong game that will take you to a nice journey to China. The goal of any mahjong game is to remove all the tiles from the board by matching identical pairs. This game is timed, so you must do it before you run out of time. To remove a tile, it must have at least one open side (no tile next to it) and no tiles on top of it.
In every level, you will visit a different location in China and you will learn a bit of the place you are visiting. The levels will even have a picture of the place as game background and will have a different layout, but you won't be able to customize them. The game will tell you how many free or open tiles you have left and the number of available matches. If you can't find a match, you can use the hints, which are unlimited, and if you have no more available matches, you can reshuffle the board to see if you can finish the game in the remaining time. Unfortunately, there are no undo or redo options, and there's only one tile set available. The game features nice graphics, great sounds, and suitable oriental music.
All in all, this one is good if you are looking for a nice mahjong game that will not only entertain you, but also show you some parts of the country that gave birth to the game.
