In aegisub all letters have been replaced by question marks in squares... how can I resolve this problem?

This issue may be related to the font settings in Aegisub. Try resetting the font settings to default or installing the necessary fonts. Additionally, make sure your system has the correct language input settings.
The time of the audio is every tenth of a second. Too long! And the commands at the right of the box don´t work.

To shorten the time span of the audio in Aegisub, you can use the "Shift Times" command. Firstly, select the audio line in the subtitle grid, then go to "Audio" in the menu and choose "Shift Times". In the dialog box that appears, you can enter a negative value to shift the audio earlier in time. Adjusting the value by tenths of a second should allow you to achieve the desired time span.
