PST Bridge Pro can help you solve mail migration problems when you are switching from Outlook to any other client. Luckily, it supports opening any PST file irrespective of its size and the Outlook version it was created on. The tool lets you preview the file’s contents on the fly as well as export them to other formats.
The application has a nice interface, which is in many ways similar to that of an email client. Most of the window space is intended to view the selected item’s contents, while there is a left panel to navigate through the folders. In this respect, it is excellent that the original folder structure is kept.
In conversion mode, PST Bridge Pro can export all the types of elements stored in the PST file. For this purpose, there is a wizard to guide you. In all cases, the contents are exported in widely supported formats, which makes them importable from practically any application. For instance, you can export messages as MBOX, supported by Apple Mail. Likewise, contacts can be saved as VCARD files and notes as RTF or TXT. Moreover, tasks may be transferred to Reminders as well as appointments can be directly sent to Calendar.
All in all, while PST Bridge Pro works perfectly for messages in English, it may fail to correctly retrieve the contents of messages in other languages. Regrettably, it has not been optimized to run on Catalina. The application can be downloaded for free trial from the developer’s site.
