Bitrix24 is a macOS utility that allows individuals to efficiently communicate, either through audio, video, or text messages, when working on projects or completing daily job tasks.
Once installed, users have to enter their credentials and log in to start using the program's features. Visually, Bitrix24 has a standard GUI, built to suffice nowadays standards. It has a soft learning curve, uses a low amount of system resources and provides good response to user actions. Some of the theme's colors could've been picked better, but this is just a minor con.
When you start using the application, you get in contact with its integrated features. Bitrix24 makes team members to communicate more easily, thanks to built-in functions like Search bar, Chat history, Notifications, or Send file. The app lets users call the client directly from the app, by using CRM integration and Bitrix24 telephony. Moreover, Bitrix24.Drive supports all popular file formats and types, like PNG, PDF, JPG, XLS, DOC, PPT, and TXT.
All in all, Bitrix24 embeds lots of useful functionalities and helps users achieve their daily tasks more easily. Yet, the price could've been a bit cheaper.
