Word Search Epic is an exciting puzzle game that was created by the Kristanix for Mac users of all ages. Your objective is to form certain words by connecting letters from the board. The terms that need to be located on the board are listed on the bottom side of the game window.
The graphics are simple yet nicely-drawn. Also, the app features a wide range of game options. For example, you can choose between 4 difficulty levels, toggle fullscreen mode if necessary, and change the interface theme.
The app provides you with a wide range of challenges organized based on their word category (for example: Animals, Baking, Camping, Christmas). You can also create your own word puzzle by clicking the "Custom" button from the main menu of the game and configuring the level settings according to your needs.
A thing that might bother inexperienced players is that the app doesn't feature a Hint option. Personally, I think this aspect makes the game even more challenging and addictive than it already is.
My only issue with this game is the fact that it's not completely free. If you wish to unlock all challenges, you need to make 2 in-app purchases. Still, the acquiring price is reasonable and worth it if you're a fan of solving this type of puzzle games.
