Word allows you to import multiple images. Simply click Picture and then Insert. Insert all the pictures on the opened document, then drag their corners until the images fit the page. If they're of the equal size, Word should arrange them one next to another. To resize them, drag the corners until it suits your needs, then go to Print > Print Preview to see the preview of printing and that's it.While printing, make sure to select the paper size (A4) or the one for your printer.
