That watermark is used to indicate that you're using a free version of the Video Compress Lite - Compressor Smaller Movie. Unfortunately for the Lite version it can't be removed so you'll have to buy the full version. Developers tend to use this scheme to make users buy the full product, because if it will be removed, the shareware version won't make any sense since you'll have the possibility to use the Lite version for whatever you need.
