VCDGear is a program designed to easily extract MPEG streams from CD images, convert VideoCD files to MPEG, repair MPEG errors, create Super VideoCDs, and more. It has been around since 1997 and has been continually improving with more features. Features of VCDGear include: extracting MPEG streams from popular CD images, correcting MPEG errors in real time, and creating Super VideoCDs.
