Trofy is an application that helps you keep track of all you eat. It includes a database that comes preloaded with hundreds of foods, their calories and their nutritional value.
As you add foods to the application, these panes will be filled with useful information about your daily food intake. On the left side of the screen, there is a note section, where you can write down any comments pertaining to the day that is currently selected in the calendar. There is also a pie chart, although no information is provided about what each part of the pie represents.
Adding foods is as easy as clicking on the "Add" button and then typing the name or part of the name of food. The list of foods available is quite lengthy, and it includes dishes from the most popular US restaurants, and various recipes. Even alcoholic beverages are included.
In short, Trofy is a great diet-companion. It is only missing a section for exercises, which would make this a better solution.
