Info updated on:

TilePhotos is a simple application that provides you with one of the easiest possible ways to split any photo that you might have stored on your system in smaller pictures (tiles in TIFF format). By using this handy tool, you can easily cut an image into any desired number of smaller parts in an instant and with very little effort.

In order to create smaller parts from any desired picture with the help of TilePhotos, all you have to do is to drag-and-drop it either on the icon of this application or directly to the interface. Once you have done that, simply select the location for your output and that's all about it. It is simple, efficient and straight to the point.

Furthermore, by accessing the "Preferences" menu, you will be able to choose how many smaller pictures you want to obtain, based on the provided number of rows and columns.

Other than that, TilePhotos comes with a simple and minimalistic interface and the lack of any additional menus and settings greatly simplifies the process of splitting your image files .
Therefore, if you are looking for a very easy to use Mac application that can help you split any image into smaller parts, based by the provided number of rows and columns, then the lightweight TilePhotos is a good choice.
