Splashtop Streamer

Splashtop Streamer 3.3

It allows you to remotely connect to your Mac from another device.

Splashtop Streamer is a utility that, once installed on your MacBook, along with Splashtop Remote Desktop (or related applications) installed on another device of your own, allows you to remotely connect to your Mac from that device. You can connect to your Mac to access files and applications that are stored there from devices such as iPad, iPod touch, iPhone, Android phone, Android tablet or PC.
With the Splashtop Streamer installed on your MacBook, you can then use device apps such as Splashtop XDisplay, Splashtop Touchpad, FileHound and others listed on the developer's site http://www.splashtop.com/remote/catalog. Basically, these applications are designed so that you can control your computer remotely, from another device, or extend it with another device. Having remote control over your MacBook, you can play videos and music from your Mac while using your tablet for example, remotely work on documents or play games. For security reasons, an access code is needed for connecting from the mobile device to your Mac.
Splashtop Streamer is a solution for remotely accessing and controlling your desktop by using a mobile computing device, such as a mobile phone or an Apple or an Android tablet.
