The handy SmartSaver application is a simple-to-use and effective brightness control tool.
Although you can adjust the display's brightness either from the system or monitor options, all these actions take many steps and have limited functionality.

The SmartSaver application allows you to quickly change the display brightness from a simple-to-access location. You will be able to easily adjust the display brightness levels thanks to the scroll bar. Moreover, SmartSaver allows you to customize the way you want the display brightness changes to take effect. You can set the brightness adjustments to apply to the screensaver, everything under screensaver, only desktop layer and desktop image (it doesn't affect icons). You can also configure the SmartSaver application to automatically run on system startup and check for updates.

Modifying the display brightness enables you to prolong your monitor's life and allows you to save power or make the screen more readable in bright light for laptops and notebooks.

To sum it all up, SmartSaver is a simple-to-use and highly configurable brightness manager application.
