- Undoing/redoing when multiple documents are open only switches to the Slip View for the affected Box window

- Potential bug: Showing the most recent slip when opening a document works for filenames containing a space
- Add Slip, Split Slip and Merge Slip menu items are disabled in Trash Mode
- After leaving Trash Mode the Slip/Remove menu item is correctly relabelled
- Box window is displayed in the top left edge of the screen (if not restoring old position)
- Slip Text field in Extra Slip window uses full width of the window
