In order to install the Shortcuts application on your computer, you need to have Mac OS X 10.5 or above installed on your computer. Also, it's recommended to have installed some contextual menu plug-ins. To install the application, you first need to copy Shortcuts32 to your Application folder. If you are upgrading from an older version, make sure that you stopped ShortcutObserver and removed it from login items. Also, you need to remove CocoaTextSelectionHelper.
