Sophos Diagnostic Utility collects vital system information as well as log and configuration files for all the Sophos products that are installed on your Mac OS X machine. All of the collected files are then archived and compressed into a file called 'Sophos_SDU.tgz' which is placed on the user's Desktop.
It is an application that tests the database integrity of Password Manager.
