Renamer 4.1

Renamer is an utility that allows you to automatically rename files. It can be used to rename one or many files and folders and you can apply different renaming presets that can be even combined, so that the time you spend configuring the application is minimum.

There are four renaming modes, namely Convert case, Find and Replace, Numbers and Characters.

Convert Case lets you change the case of your filenames into all lowercase, all uppercase and the first letter uppercase and the rest lowercase. 'Find and replace' lets you easily change text in your filenames and you can even make the find part of the mode case sensitive. The numbers mode lets you add a sequence of numbers to your files. This will be determined by the order they are added and you can specify the start number, step value and how many "0"s you want in there as well. Lastly, the Characters mode can be used to add text to all the files. You type in the text whatever and wherever you want.

The great thing about all these modes is that you can chain them together and then create a preset. You can save that preset and use it for any file that is added onto the interface.

All in all, the app works great, and it previews the changes that you make in real-time. Presets work great and they are a nice tool to have in an application like this.
