Pixa is a program designed for Mac users who wish to collect and organize their favorite photos without moving them to other folder location. By using this application, you can easily find and share any picture within your Mac, take screenshots, and much more.

Tagging large collections of pictures might prove to be quite tedious. Fortunately, Pixa automatically tags images with information such as the location, helping you organize your picture collections with ease.

This program provides you with various tools that let you find photos within your Mac, change their image format, and share them via Dropbox, CloudApp or popular social networking websites. In addition, you have access to a built-in screenshot maker which is located on the Menu Bar.

The only disadvantage I can find while using this application is the fact that it offers you only two output formats when it comes to exporting pictures: JPG and PNG.

As for the rest, Pixa is a great solution for organizing your picture collection. With the help provided by its integrated tools, you can easily and conveniently classify your photos, grab their metadata, and share them with your friends.
