PDF to JPG Converter is intended to extract separate images from each page in a PDF file. The tool is extremely simple to use, which is good, as there is no help documentation available. Fortunately, it supports processing batches of PDF documents as a single operation.

The application’s interface is very straightforward: the only way to import PDFs is by dragging and dropping them onto its window. Although it works by default, you may want to set a few options. In this respect, it is possible to pick an output picture format (PDF, PNG, BMP, GIF and TIFF). Likewise, you can select one of the available image width presets. Finally, you can set the tool to store the resulting picture files in a new folder.

In my opinion, the worst drawback of this tool is the absence of feedback about the current operation. There is no progress bar or notice to say that the process has successfully concluded. Neither is there a link to the folder storing the new files. In addition, if you compare the app with other similar utilities, you notice that it does not allow choosing a specific page range to extract. Likewise, there are no editing features, like cropping or rotating pages, either.

All in all, PDF to JPG Converter can successfully convert PDF documents into various picture formats. The app is very easy to use but also too limited in terms of features. Perhaps, you may want to continue looking. However, if you think this may be the right product for you, it is possible to download a trial version from the developer’s site.
