All functions are conveniently placed right there at hand on the main window, so you won't need to look for hidden options and out-of-sight menus. All you need to do is drag and drop onto the application the PDF file you wish to process, and the document will be shrunk automatically to an inferior size. You can control the reduction level by entering a custom resolution value and by reducing the quality of the JPEG images. Since you don't have the option to select the destination folder and to rename the output file, the resulting PDF will be saved automatically with a similar name and at the same computer location where the original document is located.

To sum up, PDF Shrinker offers a simple solution to resize PDF documents by reducing the image resolution and quality. Unfortunately, the application neither lets you preview the files nor allows you to password-protect the output files, features that anyone would expect from a shareware program.
