PDF Nomad is a capable program that enables you to edit, print, and export PDF documents on your computer.

The application comes with a straightforward interface, provides you with plenty of useful features, and might prove to be of good use when you need to extract the text content from your PDFs.

You can work with this app to annotate, watermark, and change the page arrangement of any PDF document from your Mac. What's more, it's capable of exporting the input files to various output formats while preserving the original layout of PDFs.

But the feature that caught my attention the most was the ability to turn PDFs into AIFF audio files using the integrated text-to-speech technology. Furthermore, you can use the program to encrypt PDF documents as a way to prevent unauthorized users from opening or altering the contents of your PDFs.

The only bad thing I have to say about this tool is the fact that it doesn't let you add pictures to PDF pages. Other than that, if offers all the features you could possibly require from a PDF editor.

In conclusion, I'd say you should try this program on your Mac if you can ignore the aforementioned flaw. This feature-rich app is very simple to handle, provides you with a help guide, and comes with a fair price.

Sure you can add images to PDF files in PDF Nomad. Just drag an image from the Finder onto a PDF page. You can also import images through the import menu. In that case they are inserted as individual PDF pages.
