This app is a special edition of the Mystery of the Ancients: Deadly Cold game developed by Mariaglorum. Besides the fact that it gives you access to the main story of the aforementioned game, the app also provides you with an additional chapter, some quality wallpapers and screensavers, a strategy guide, and many others.
Like in the original game, the story begins with the main character traveling to a small town to visit her best friend, Kira. On your way, you learn that the weather is about to suddenly change. Weather reports announce low temperatures and a cold storm which are very unusual since it's summer.
After you meet your friend and her new husband, the cold reaches the small town and huge ice blocks start falling from the sky transforming into magical golems. Your best friend is abducted and your new objective is to find out who's behind the kidnapping.
Each scene you visit brings you at least one puzzle that needs to be completed. You can use the hint option or the built-in strategy guide if you're having problems finishing the mini-games. The puzzles are usually different. For example, in one challenge your goal is to complete a jigsaw puzzle and in another you need to find missing objects in a scene.
