MuteMyMic is a small application that resides within you Status Bar on OSX. It can help you set microphone volume. You can set the app to decrease input volume with F5 key and increase input volume with F6 key. Likewise, you can quickly decrease volume with option + F5 and quickly increase volume with option + F6.

With MuteMyMic 1.1 you can now decide whether you like to have MuteMyMic at the Dock or not.

This application is cool. I can control input volume while talking via Skype or while recording podcasts and all I have to do is pressing F5 or F6. Really cool.
