It would be great to create Molecular Viewer and Molecular Constructor and enhance it with the Input Writer for the molecular modelling (quantum-chemistry and molecular-mechanics software, that is, for software likewise Gaussian on the former hand - and AMBER/CHARMM/GROMACS on the latter hand).
