Info updated on:

Mail Designer 365 is intended to create responsive newsletters that you can send via email. Luckily, it is compatible with most devices, even those with a tiny screen like Apple Watch. In this respect, it is very convenient that you can adapt the subject line and the preview snippet to different screen sizes. Regrettably, there is a learning curve and the help documentation is not probably enough to flatten it.

To design your newsletter, you can start from scratch and start adding different types of contents, including text, images, animated GIFs and even links. Fortunately, the editor is WYSIWYG and there is also the possibility to preview what your newsletter will look like on the different target devices. However, if you are not very skilled in design, it is probably a better idea to start from a template, and fortunately there are more than 100 of those available.

Finally, once your project has been finished, you can easily share it with others as part of a team design work. Likewise, you can simply generate HTML code which you can copy and paste to other applications. Similarly, it is compatible with popular mail providers such as Outlook and Gmail.

Unluckily, although it is generally a well-terminated tool, it is not free from bugs. In this respect, some users have reported problems, such as the impossibility to use more than two email address simultaneously. more
