Loan Calc is a program designed for Mac users who wish to calculate their loan and mortgage payments with ease.
After you enter the numbers for loan amount, term, interest (percentage rate), etc., you can click the Compute button from the bottom-left side of the screen and the app will offer you the solution you need. Then, you can export the results to your local directories.
An important advantage of working with this program is the fact that it's currency-independent, hence, it can be used with any currency. Though, if necessary, you can select from the Preferences menu the preferred currency type ($, €, £ or ¥).
Another good thing is that it also allows you to print your loan calculation results directly from the app's interface.
