Kropper Personal is a simple utility you can use to crop, resize and save images in jpeg format with personal graphic features: for instance, a superimposed mark, a frame, rounded angles, shadows, etc. It is a handy program particularly useful to him who usually publishes web-contents and is not able, or does not wish, to use complex programs to treat images.
