I have two external drives and I have set them up to be probed every 15 seconds, but the time setting does not seem to work. I have tried deleting the plist files for each drive but it doesn't help. Can you please help as I need the time to be shorter?

If the application doesn't work, it's possible that it's not compatible with the driver you have, although this shouldn't happen because the application uses a simple PLIST to make the drive keep spinning at a certain time. I would advise removing the software, then install the new version from the official website. It's also possible you're using an obsolete version of the software that needs updating. You can download one from the official website.
