iCoolsoft iPhone Manager for Mac is a utility that lets you back up your iPhone. It can also be used with the iPod Touch and iPad lineups. When you run the application with a supported device connected, it will display a summary of the device, which includes information like device type, capacity, version, serial number and format. The space used with audio, videos, pictures, and other data will also be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
On the left pane, you will see a list of connected devices. Under each device, you will find data types. For example, when I connected my iPhone, the buttons below it in the application were: Music, Video, Picture and Ringtone. Those are the types of data that you can transfer using this app. When you click on "Music", you will see a list of all the songs that you have on your device on the right pane. You can check the box next to a song to select it for transfer. The same goes for pictures, videos and ringtones. At the bottom of the screen, there are three buttons. The first one lets you transfer content from your Mac to your iPhone, the second one lets you transfer content from the device to your Mac, and, the third one can be used to send content straight to an iTunes library.
The application comes with a video and audio converter that can automatically convert your non-compatible video files before you transfer them to your iOS device.
