iAlertU is the first of its kind alarm system for your Apple MacBook computer. Basically iAlertU is a car alarm for your Apple Mac.

iAlertU uses the built in sudden motion sensor (SMS) device to detect movement of your Apple MacBook and triggers an audible and visual alarm. The alarm can also be triggered by keyboard and mouse/trackpad movement.

The good news is that this alarm really works, and as my girlfriend wanted to mess with my highly personal files a bit, it started wailing as if it were being cut with a knife. The bad news is that it works too well, and every time I forget to switch it off, it starts giving an alarm signal, which could raise the dead, as soon as I touch my Mac.
